In December I was in an accident with a person who is insured by Alexander Forbes. The accident was there clients fault, and therefor I wanted to put in a third party claim to avoid extra costs with my insurer. The person that I was in the accident with forwarded all the relevant details to me, this included his ID number, case number and claim number. I have been sending emails to both William Tevin Mkhabela and Shakera Mahomed since the 9th of December, and up to date I have had no response or assistance. The service that I have received from Alexander Forbes is pathetic. The two above mentioned persons have ignored me for more than month, regardless of the 4 emails that I have sent to them. I consider this as very disrespectful.
