I am a Prestige bank account holder and tried now for months to get the name and appointment with a Prestige banker. I sent secure messages. I send mails. I speak on the phone with Lucky (sorry no luck). But still no response. The Call Centre call me back and promised some action, but again no response. Another example how useless a call centre is. I am now out of ideas how to get a response. I am a loyal client for more than 30 years but it means absolute NOTHING. Could the Manager please let me know if they are interested at all to render a service or is the best alternative to move banks???
