Standard Bank (Rivonia branch) has ripped me off

I am posting this complaint on behalf of my mum, Ms F Zulu. She got into all this trouble after she had approached Standard Bank Rivonia branch for assistance in clearing her debts and they offered to help her but now she is in big trouble. Ms Zulu was 1st assisted by Thobile Maphanga, Thobile then left the branch, Andile took over, Andile left the branch. Ms Zulu then approached Sharon Masina who is the branch Manager. It was all approved and Dan Masehlela processed all payments and Ms Zulu made an agreement with them to pay what she could afford on her pay date. Standard Bank started debiting her account but in the process she realised that her Absa credit card, MTN cellphone contract and Jet clothing account were not fully paid. Standard Bank chose a debit date which was not Ms Zulu's paydate and the payments bounced back. Ms Zulu's account was handed over to the lawyers without her knowledge. She is now paying R2 400 per month which leaves her with nothing as she is a domestic worker. She doesn't have proof to see what was paid by Standard Bank & all she is receiving now is buggering phone calls telling her that she owes shops yet Standard Bank is ripping off R2 400 from her.
