VERY BAD SERVICE

I went to Absa bank in Sandton to report that my personal debit order went through twice and i was put on the phone with their loan department which promised that the reversal will be Actioned right away but to my dismay it was not, i went in again on Tuesday the 5th Nov and the lady Alicia Rennie attended to me and promised me that she will attend to the matter and i Mantained my cool cause i trusted that they will be able to help but still nothing was done even in the mist of my telling them that the funds were for my transport and i could be left stranded still nothing was done the whole weekend. I went in on Monday the 11th Nov to find out what was happening and i was promised that i will be done later today and i asked her to call me and let me know if its done, i waited from 12:30 to 16:30 even after numerous attempt to call the branch i was send from pillar to post my calls mbad handled by switchboard and still did not get any service. Now i am left incapacitated by their service with no money to travel thanks to the service at Absa bank
