My credit card expired on the13th of September 2013. I was contacted by an FNB call centre consultant to pick up my car since it was due to expire. When I got there I was surprised after spending my lunch hour to be assisted that my credit card is not there. I was told that my signature is required as it does not appear on the system and I should get a proof of residence in order to be assisted. What is strange enough is that I picked up my expired credit card at the very same branch.
I was even advised that I opened my account in Northern Transvaal.
