Hi, i applied for an ABSA card online in Dec 2012, the card was approved however never received a notification to collect the card as stated on ABSAs website. i received a monthly statement in Jan 2013 with a due amoutn of R25 for fees, so i made my way to teh bank to collect card onyl yo be told dard was destroyed because i didnt come to collect it. So the consultant said they are ordeing a new card and i shoul wait the sms to confirm card has been delivered at the bank. this was more than 3 weeks ago, every Sartuday i make my way to teh bank, wait in a long queue only to be told the card has not arraived. Please tell me if you dont want me to have this card or send one to the bank already.
