On 29 october 2013 i made a early repayment of my loan i took with wknga. On 7 november2013 they debited my account again for the same loan. On friday 8 november 2013 i reqeusted a refund, i was promised the funds would be back in my account by saturday 9 november 2013. We are at 11 november and still no refund. Now im told to wait another 72 hours for my refund. Its not acceptable
