HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I went to the branch to get a paid up letter, i arrived at 15;16 during my arrival the were four customers sitting and four of old mutual employees.only one was helping all this customers three were talking so loud about their personal life and laughing without a care, i joined the Que and sat for almost 30 minutes without somebody coming to us to ask if we need help or anything. Then another employee returned from"lunch"she sat down and started going through her phone and called what i think is a supervisor and they chatted. Another 20 minutes went by i stood up and said to the lady can i get paid up letter she looked at me and said"go to number 6"how was i suppose to know that's where i was suppose to go in the first time rather than them doing their jobs and treating customers as such. Some employees are such a waste of space and time!!! customer service is a major concern
