I did an enquiry on the site on 17/01/2013 for a loan. I ticked their terms and conditions box and suddenly I was debited with R399.00 for a service I did not apply for. I called them to cancell and they said it was noted.

Now in 2014 I was debited once again with the R399.00. According to them I ticked the little box and that became binding. Altho they sent me an email requesting documentation from me, and if that documentation was not received by them they could not process the application. I did not send the docs yet they took my money. Now they tell me They cant cancell it telephonically yet they can process an application without a signature and details. These people are taking advantage of others. They would not even let me speak to a supervisor. They provide you with legal assistance but they from you.
