How long must I wait?

Standard Bank was approached on 1 November for an application to change my profile to married out of community with regards to a Bond Registration (which was obviously loaded late as I had emailed them a week before that and was told I would wait 5 days). I cannot understand why my wife is married out and I am married in? How can the system not pick that up?

I am still waiting for this to be rectified. I phone the call centre today and get told I must now wait another 3 days for the query to be answered. Really? Will I actually be answered? I have waited long enough! Why cant it be done today??

I have to move out of my current home by the end of this month and will most likely have nowhere to move to because my attorneys are stuck as Standard Banks employees do not live up to their promises.

This process should not be stressful!! Why must I spend R100 every time I need help with my home loan. This call centre nonsense has made everything so much more complicated than it should be.

If other Banks have real flesh and blood to talk to and to sort things out immediately why is Standard Bank lagging behind?
