I have recently opened an account with YDE. When applying for the account I was told that the monthly installment would be deducted on a monthly basis, which suited me perfectly because it avoids the additional admin from my side.
Despite the agreement I noticed, after a very rude call from YDE Headoffice that my account was in arrears? I then requested that they emailed me the banking details (Since I had not received a statement of any kind) so that I could process payment immediately. To date I have not received any banking details or statement of account but am continuing to receive rude phonecalls and messages that now issued me with additional interest charges? I would urgently like to settle this account but I REFUSE to speak to your rude condescending staff who cannot send me what I need and will continue to call more than 8 times a day. Everytime I ask for banking details I get told that "YDE Does not do emails"... Please explain how I should settle if YDE does not "DO" email correspondance???!!!
