My husband & I would like to take pleasure in conveying our sincere "Thank You" and profound appreciation to Samuel Kutama &Tsholofelo Kgaladi, for the expeditious service they have given us, they deserves utmost commendation, We needed a home loan, and we needed to speak to someone of authority to be able to advise us accordingly and assist in acquiring this home loan, Tsholofelo arranged for us to meet with Samuel Kutama. Samuel gave us good advise on what to do in order to qualify for this home loan we needed in order to get the home we wanted to purchase, we did what Samuel advised and we got our home loan from FNB. We are very happy to say that both Samuel and Tsholofelo exhibited accountability to try and assist us, Tsholo kept in constant contact with us advising us as to what was going on with our loan, we received constant feedback from her, even if it was just to say that she is still monitoring our application, when I emailed her, she responded timeously, Samuel has gone beyond his duty to assist, the collective effort from Samuel and Tsholo helped us get our dream home, Thank you to both of you, I hope FNB recognises your efforts and rewards you accordingly
