No clairty on the delivery of a Galxy Note II orde

I ordered a Smasung Galxay Note II 32G on the 10th of January 2013, by telephone. I further called on the 21st of January 2013 to confirm delivery, I was assured by FNB's supervisor (Gloria), that I have nothing to worry about. I called FNB this morning (30 January 2013), on 0860 102 970, option 5 and the same person tells me that it is the fault of Head Office that my order has not gone to couriers, yet this is the same person who gave me an assurance on prompt delivery.

She says she will make follow-ups and when I press her on the deadline she says she cannot do it, because her department is not responsible the delay. Can somebody from FNB tell me what the is going on? I dont care about your internal processes and who is to blame, I just want my phone FNB has treated me well so far, but it is starting to make look around at other banks and service providers.
