I lodged an online complaint to Absa's Actionline on Friday, 1 March 2013, about poor service at the branch level and no response after having requested to be contacted via the Absa Digital Channel.
I have since received outstanding service from three individuals at Absa, all of whom were extremely knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. They are Eneth Baloyi, Jackie Pretorius and Mandy Rangasamy.
They should be commended for restoring my faith in Absa.
