The foreign exchange lady (Krishi) in Absa - East Coast Building is not the usual ABSA staff they employ!
She has such an attitude and not helpful and should not be dealing with customers... should be filing in the back office.
Also ABSA should have a sign up saying that the bank lines are down!
Hope I never have to go back to that branch again!!
