About three weeks ago I went to the Absa branch in Ruyterwacht to do a money transfer for a house deposit and to pay my attorneys.
These two ladies, Estee Ntotera & Tania Olivier, assisted me with ease and wonderful attitude.
They knew their work, was friendly and gave me great client service with a smile.
In no time I was out of the bank and something that was important for me was handled with ease.
Now such service is rare to find.
Keep up the great customer service ladies and I hope your superiors notice what a difference you two make in that branch of Absa.
