Nedbank is NOT safe at all

I had gone in to have my bank statement printed out and the next thing i realised that evening my bank card isnt working. i called the call centre to find out the problem and i was told the card was closed by the consultant that was assisting me at the branch. i had to return to the branch and they offered me a card that was not supposed to be charged for and to my surprise i was. after getting my new card, 2hours later a withdrawal was made from my account of R1100 i dont have that kind of money to throw around and what ever happened to security, isnt a card and pin that is issued for you PRIVATE. when investigating on how the withdrawal was made it turns out that that lady that helped me get that lousy statement assisted the next client with my profile!!! REALLY
that account is my life and now this. they manage to refund the money withdrawn but the charges for the new CARDS issued are still not reversed. I have serious trust issues
I am leaving Nedbank. I have not been told about what will happen to SUSAN the cause of the whole mess
i dont even know where to go now
she has to take responsibilty for what she did
