VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I HAD TRIED TO MAKE A NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL, I WAS TREATED VERY POORLY, BOTH PHULILE MAPHUMULO & LOVEMORE MAKHAYA HAVE SUCH A POOR SERVICE DELIVERY, AFTER WAITING ON THE PHONE FOR 24.35 MINUTES, I WAS TOLD BY PHULILE THAT LOVEMORE HAS TO GO TO A MEETING AND WILL CALL ME IN TEN MINUTES - I AM STILL WAITING FOR THAT CALL. IS ATTENDING HIS MEETING MORE IMPORTANT THAN ATTENDING TO A CLIENT. I HAVE BEEN GIVEN A REF NUMBER 65577517 FOR THE CALL STILL WAITING, I HAVE MADE SO MANY WITHDRAWALS BEFORE, THIS IS MY FIRST HURDLE, I WOULD RATHER TAKE MY BUSINESS TO ANOTHER BANK THAT REALLY CARES. VERY VERY DISGUSTED BY THE WAY I HAVE BEEN TREATED, HOPING SOMEONE TAKES MY EMAIL SERIOUSLY AND FIXES THE POOR SERVICE BEING DISHED OUT.
