Thanks for treating me like trash!!

1st I had to wait for 15 minutes before my call got answered by Mummy Gumede who was able to help me with the 1st part of my query and struggled to help me with the second one. I then asked her to put me through to her Supervisor (Nomsa Ngcobo), and as usual she went away and came back after 5 minutes to tell me that Supervisors are not available as they are in the operations meeting with Aman Panday. Offended by this disrepect towards myself as a Client I then advised Mummy that I am no longer interested to speak to Nomsa but would now like to speak to Aman, and if she could please tell him that I'm giving him 15 to get back to me unless his meeting is more important than me. The time was 20:00 when I demanded this call, and it is now 21:40 and I'm still waiting for Aman to call me.
Clearly the saying that the customer is 'KING' is just a bag of hot air at DSTV, instead to them the meeting is king but what they don'r realize is that without me, first there won't be a need for these bogus meetings and then there won't be DSTV but TOPTV
