I am all too aware that people also often complain and generalise when they have received bad service
I bought a new vehicle 3 weeks ago and as such migrated from my previous insurer to Hollard Insurance.
I have now been a client of Hollard for less than 3 weeks... HERE GOES:
Last week my Fianc? knocked our TV over and the LED Screen broke. I was hesitant in initiating a claim as I have only been there for three weeks but we did decide to claim.
So the process in obtaining my broken TV was a lengthy one as no-one was prepared to come after hours (understandable - I would feel the same). Anyway my broken TV was collected and assessed. I received an email stating that my TV would be replaced, as I had already bought a new TV an additional few steps were added in to my claim.
After recent experiences with my previous insurer...
My TV was collected 06/11 and assessed - PAYMENT WAS MAID FOR THE CLAIM 08/11/2013 AT 11:00AM.
Natalie has only been professional and I can honestly recommend you to anyone of my peers and social acquaintances with confidence.
The Slogan "With Hollard it's sorted" is truly accurate and is a reflection of how they do business!!!
