FNB PayPal withdrawal link new card no reason

I have been using the FNB solution to PayPal for a few years. I have had several linking card issues as well as other issues. Today somehow I can't withdraw from PayPal and the system keeps wanting me to add a new card or debit card. I have emailed FNB to notify them and they have sent me to PayPal to try to sort this out. Last time they had an issue I had to explain to both FNB and PayPal the "hacked" setup that FNB has with PayPal. The people in the USA at PayPal and the people in RSA at FNB have no idea how each other work. I had a 3 hour conference call teaching them their own terrible solution. I'm sick of the FNB / PayPal setup, the people are not trained to handle the system and the client has to educate both sides every time. Simply another pathetic hacked solution and irritating beyond belief. I am currently overseas and can not do transfers which is why I organised PayPal in the first place.
