Still waiting on my rescission order after 4 month

I asked Flemix to do a rescission on my behalf which I was advised it would take approximately 4 - 8 weeks depending on the court. It is now 4 months and every time i get a different story. Yesterday they are going to scan the documents and forward to me, but to date havent received anything.
How long does it take to scan a document. Rather just give my money back so I can get alternative attorneys who want to assist peopl
