Would like to thank Jenna for her efficiency when I called the Virgin Insurance Call Centre. She knows how to deal with customers who have questions about their policies and above all she gave me some good advice about my package. Things that we take for granted as clients and only realise late how important some action are pertaining to our cover. Thanks Jenna for being who you are throughout the day.
