I phoned in to register a claim for the replacement of my car windscreen. Desmond assisted me with the claim. He was very helpful and friendly. The claim was registered quickly, his requests was clear and he really made me feel valued. He went an extra mile to ensure that I get transferred to the correct person to help me with my second request w.r.t my policy. Great stuff Desmond... keep it up.
