I have spend nearly an hour on the phone trying to register a simple claim to replace a windscreen. At first I have been the supplier till register the claim but when I phoned the glass for supplier I was told i need to register the claim myself with AON so it took me another 30 minuets on the phone, being transferred from one recorder voice to the next and still nobody could help me. I have been promised somebody will return my call... Well, Christmas is only 7 weeks away...
