This case is still not resolved!!!

We are still being harassed! This time by Norman Bissett & Associates. We used Hello Peter to get the attention of STB, who assured us on resolution of this case that we will not be bothered again.
Yesterday we received yet another sms:

The original case officer is away until the 13th of November so please assign someone new.
"Account number 072011475 (number now recycled)
with a balance of R1448.93 was settled on the 23rd of June 2008 at Tygor manor with a deposit.
Account closed on the 28th of June 2008."
