Bad service

I applied for a personal loan on the 4th of October 2013. Not once did anyone contact me. I had to follow up all the time. I had to refax my I.D, then my divorce certificate. I then wait and wait. I decide to ONCE again on the 6 th of November 2013. A lovely lady who's name I didn't get apologizes and tells me the loan has been approved and sorts out all the formalities. I was told my money would be in that day or latest the next day. Nothing has happened. After about going through to 7 people I am now told I have to reapply because they have apology that if they can't get hold of the customer for 10 days, the customer has to reapply
