Absolutely Pathetic customer services

So here it goes back in 2011 I applied for a loan at FNB, I was not told that my loan was approved and neither did I get any confirmation to say that there was money in my account however sadly in november that year due to relocating due to personal reasons I had to lose my job so I at the end of the month when I got a bank statement from my bank I saw that FNB did a transaction of the loan onto my account so I was out of a job, So this year in october I got a settlement amount and cleared all outstanding balances yet they have not updated my credit record and have also not sent me any bills and statements from the time I have had the loan such pathetic customer services yet their logo is how can we help! I am absolutely disgusted with the customer services of fnb and that's the reason why I never bank with them I want something done about this its unacceptable
