After waiting more than a month (and we already have received a percentage of the loan amount) we suddenly have to reapply for the bond loan. The first application has been approved in February. They phoned today to say that they have to reapply AGAIN and we now have to wait ANOTHER 3 weeks. I think this is unacceptable as this bond was approved and we already received an percentage and got quotes and this need to get paid!!!
