Internet Banking -- money need help no serv

Friday last week my card was cloned by some americans at around 11pm. I had to message the bank about it because I got no sms' or notifications of it being suspicious. This happened after many, many complaints of no response, bad service and no OTP delivery, numerous times. I would wait for hours at a time for OTP to come through, even phoned vodacom. It is the bank's responsibility.
I eventually emailed everyone i could find on google - from standard bank. NOBODY replied. Great staff you hired. few days later, my card was cloned in US, money. I waited early morning at bank, had all cards cancelled, only to stand frustrated when staff could not activate new cards. Wasted whole morning.
Now I see my retirement annuity payment has been reversed for unknown reasons. I got charged for new cards too.
I feel victimised and I will take this up with the Ombudsman and rest of Internet.
To see how employees can be allowed to do this to a client is disguisting, but mainly illegal. Who has been accessing my account details from Standard Bank? These people and those above them should be asked that question, because my details were leaked. This is serious. Dont bother with autoresponse.
