Wesbank
DCA Commission

I have been paying my account every month and this month there is DCA Commission on my account. According to my understanding it is a fee for a company that collects outstanding debt.
Nobody phoned me or contacted me so how can wesbank just add fees???

Everybody is trying to make a living but the banks do as they please and add fees as they please.

My personal bank account and business account is with FNB and this is my second vehicle I finance through Wesbank and the 1st one I paid off.

I have 2 other vehicles with MFC and no problems.

I thought FNB/Wesbank is the best in the business.

I am starting to regret every moving my business to FNB and wesbank.

Please explain!!!
