PATHETIC SERVICE FOR A NEWLY LAUNCHED BRAND

4th November 2013, i completed an online purchase via Ucount Rewards.after confirmation had been printed it stated expected dispatch of 8 working days, and notice will be given prior to delivery. all good and well, Friday the 8th i tracked the order - stated it had been picked. satisfied with that and i tracked it again this morning it said item dispatched Friday.i didn't find that to be sufficient so i called Ucount rewards and the consultant (RUAN) went into the profile and saw the dates and said delivery can only be expected on the 21st of November 2013. i accepted that, but then at 1215pm i get a call from a very rude driver named Stembiso who is employed by United delivery. He was quite insistent on me making alternative arrangements to receive the item or he would leave it with the neighbour.

thats quite unacceptable. firstly no notice was provided to me to say arrangements needed to be made today, secondly he is just the driver and should have a friendly approach and not try to force anyone into anything. Even the person from United deliverys, DON failed to see my reasoning but he did eventually agree to re-deliver.

i will seriously reconsider another purchase from UCOUNT!
