I lodged a claim at Hollard through our broker Bidvest for a claim dated 08/10/2013, claim #790074-1. Our claim was rejected according Hollard due to the fact that my son was not named as the principle driver. BUT according to our Policy Schedule, Insurance Cover details, "Drivers for this Vehicle, state: No restricted drivers. Also under the Important Information it state that there are an additional excess for drivers over 25, other than principle driver. "Driver over the age of 25, other than the principle driver, an additional R1 500, 00". No where in this Policy documents does it state that a driver must be named as Principle or that a claim will be rejected if not. Numerous emails was send and no written response received. The vehicle is damaged and need to be used on a daily basis and additional damages can occurred due to the delay on the repairs.
