BAD SERVICE

I had a motor car accident on 11 July 2012 and it was the truck driver's fault. He slammed into my right fender. The repairs cost approx. R 5 500.00. My excess was R 3 000.00. I am claiming my excess as this was due tothe other drivers negligence. Hollard Insurance has handed my claim to Digicall Recovery Services and the pathetic excuses received from Michele van Rooyen from Digicall is absolutely ridiculous - the last response is that the trucking company is moving premises.
