Dial Direct has been deducting my account for insurance fees from Feb 2012. I have never provided my account details as I have no business with this company. Pieter Van Der Merwe assisted me last year with a refund, he investigated the deduction and found all evidence that I have no dealings with Dial Direct, apart from this company committing on my account and not refunding the total amount deducted. They have just added the cherry on the cake by deducting my account this morning again!!! Clearly, your administration is up to!!! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH SUCH A COMPANY!!! Please can this be attended to URGENTLY as yet again you are committing on my account!!! I've passed the stage of being upset and will now make it my mission for this to be in the papers and your company be known as the by Deducting money from random accounts!!!
