I called the contact centre as my cell phone is in for repairs and i cannot get my first login for internet banking as i do not have a cellular phone. i spoke to a lady by the name of Noma on first contact and i advised her what my issue was to which she responded that she will assist she put me on hold for long got back and apparently rectified my issue. i called back as i still couldnt login and was passed from pillar to post speaking to a number of consultants still with no resolution. this is absolutely appaling thata client has to hold on the line for an hour and twenty fiver minutes for a simple request and i feel that i will be swapping my account.
