Have the policy now a few months and no documentation was supplied. I asked for it and they told me it will be emailed to me within 8 hours. Non received yet. My ref nr 476866.I ve tried today their number they supply with the many same compaints as I have and today it does not work. I wil be cancelling my debit order within the next 8 hours if the documentation is not received.
