Terrible service and lack of diligence

I submitted a home loan application on 25 September, and submitted all the required documentation on the same day. I received a request twice on 26 September for: "3 Months Personal bank statements by Applicant - signed Dea consent for FNB". This was included with the original documentation. Then on the 27th I received a phone call to please submit this document again. I had to submit the same document three times after I had already sent the document the first time. On 1 October I receive an email to please submit the "Fully completed and signed Offer to purchase by Applicant, OTP has been altered and not authenticated." The Offer to purchase has been signed at all alterations and was submitted with the first submission of all the docuemnts. Why was this not included on the numerous e-mails or discussed with me when someone phoned me for the outstanding docs. This is not the first time this has happened to me. As a student I applied for a student loan and also had to re-submit numerous documentation (proof of registration, ID etc) time after time until I had enough. Seems like nothing has changed in 9years. While I had to re-submit documents all the other banks have responded.
