No feedback on claim

Good day,

I submitted a claim on behalf of my wife in her capacity as a non-member spouse. Claim number ROO 96650. The claim was submitted in October with no response. I submitted another claim, which I received a response to on 28 November 2012, in which Keshni Naidoo claimed that the first was not received.

Since then, numerous calls have been made to the call centre by my wife. She's requested that Keshni - or anybody else for that matter - provide feedback on the submitted claim. In response to this, she has received innumerable unfulfilled promises that someone would provide her with feedback, other than that someone by the name of Tauriq is handling the claim.

At this point, we are completely disgusted with the lack of interest shown by Momentum in satisfying the verbal promises made.

I'm posting this in the hope that my wife may be contacted by someone who is able to give her definite feedback on her claim, and inform her when she may expect payout. More than a reasonable time period has elapsed since the claim was initially submitted. Keshni has in the interim ignored all corrspondence from either of us.
