Poor Service from the sales department

I called in to get a quote on my vehicle on Friday 01/11/2013 and was offered a premium of R435 which was sent via email with a joining fee of R200.
I accepted cover and was promised the joining fee will be waived
Then i received a policy schedule for R535
The debit order has went of my account for R735, which means the premium is R535
Tumi (Team Manager) explained he will listen to the call and get back to me
There is still no feedback from Tumi until now
This is very poor service and a bad way to start my insurance
Please rectify this as soon as possible
