An error had been made on the policy document sent to me with regards to debiting my bank account a joining fee. Bonolo promised to arrange with her manager to waive the joining fee so that I would not have to pay it when the premium is debited on the inception date of the policy, i.e. 25th Nov 2013.

I was very grateful for that service.
