Shocking and Poor customer service at FNB!

It is with discontent that I have to write such an email after being a loyal customer of FNB for more than 5years to date. Firstly, the staff portrayed a large amount of incompetence and a bad attitude towards me as a customer. This morning [11h30am to 11h39am] I called in at the customer service call centre [087 575 0000] regarding a simple enquiry that I needed advice on and how I can get a way forward. Now being voted the "number 1" most innovative bank, one would expect the customer service to be of at-least the same high standards? Unfortunately not with FNB customer service department (online and telephone banking). I made a special clearance payment of R300 with an additional R38 special clearance fee to a standard bank account, on my bank statement it reflected that the payment went through successfully, however only to discover the following day (20/12/12) that the payment hasn't gone through. I then decided to call the customer service number 087 575 0000 with an intention of getting closer to this matter. Unfortunately my call got through to Rose Kheswa - i have more of my case but limited on writting it all out on Hellopeter cause of minimal characters provided
