Today, the 4th of February 2014, I went to Dis-Chem, Faerie Glen in Pretoria. At the Pharmacy I asked for a product Nexcare - the spray. They didn't know what the product was and send me to ask the nurse at the clinic. My question is: Why couldn't they ask another co - worker to assist me in finding the product, instead of sending me to ask the nurse. I waited at the nurse's clinic, but she was busy with someone. And I didn't have much time and had to be somewhere. I asked another Dis - Chem worker, who also didn't know where the product was. And she as well didn't go and find me someone who knows or checked their system. Then I gave up and almost went to another pharmacy, but as I walked out, one guy asked me if I needed help and I told him. He took me to the place where it was kept and then he also couldn't find it. He asked a co - worker. She didn't even have a look, just said it was out of stock. Then the guy said he will go and check on their system. And just before he went, I saw the product Nexcare - the spray on the top shelf. The last guy did everything he could to help me, for that I am grateful. But I was highly disappointed at the other Dis - Chem workers.
