Getting no rewards when using my cheque accoung

I have not received any rewards on my ebucks for transacting with my cheque account for the past 3 years, i have called FNB and no one seems to be able to give me an answer as to the reason why, I have never received any airtime rewards and i recharge a lot of times online. Can someone please help me to resolve this issue.
