Got an sms on the October stating that my home loan was registered, I phoned the same day to confirm Debit date for my home loan to be debited. They distinctly told me that it was running 01 December 2013, only to find that the debit ran today 05 November 2013, I then called whereby I was transferred to 4 different departments and was on hold for 20 minutes when I decided to drop the call as I was being sent from Pillar to post, I'm a new client and I am utterly disgusted with this service. I WANT MY MONEY TRANSFERRED BACK IN MY ACCOUNT BEFORE END OF BUSINESS AS THIS IS A HELLUVA SETBACK FOR ME!!! YOU ARE
