No bucks on Earn

Yes again I have to complain about my lack of earning on my Nashua Mobile account. I have two accounts with Nashua Mobile. I have earned on the one account and not on the other.
I made a payment in September 2013 . To date this has not refected on my Ebucks account.
I have have had issues for the majority of the months that I have been a subcriber.
there are two issues :

1) No ebucks earned on the Account 34068427 for September Spend (no ebcuks in Oct)
2) For Account No-34074004 May 2013 R1, 245.40- Ebucks still not allocated despite me contactng the call cemter several times.

Your service is very poor and it is very frustrating having to contact the call centre each and every month and have e-Bucks give the same story that have to contact the the service provider - Nashua.
