No response from e-bucks

Hi
I always got e-bucks on my nashua Mobile usage.
Since July 2013 to date i have not been getting any e-bucks.
i have phoned Nashua mobile and they assure me that i am still signed up to get e-buck.
I have phone and emailed e-bucks on numerous occasions and i still have not heard from them
they gave me a ref no L 1-55482590 but nothing seems to be happening.
i have lost out on e-bucks since July and i want them to refund me these e-bucks and make sure it comes into my e-bucks account every month.
i am now sick and tired of contacting these people.
hope something gets done urgently.
