Now to my problem:
On about 6 September I officially lodged a complaint that I did not receive my ebucks for end July, on 18 September I received this final e-mail from Roelandi:

To date I have not received my ebucks for end July and surprise! neither did I receive my ebucks for end September. I tweeted @NashuaMobileZA on about 11 September, received no feedback.
Awaiting a response or at the least just give me my ebucks and stop passing the buck to "other departments" that we cant contact directly.
