FNB DEDUCT MONEY ILLEGALLY

I had a loan with FNB years ago. I could not access my account on the 13th September. i had to do in the bank and was told Kenneth Mbatha was the right contact and only he can unfroze my account. Under whose authority has FNB the right to freeze my account. I called my so called Premier banker who was of no help as always. I had to make follow up calls and the only way to unfreeze my account was to agree to a R 700 payment with Kenneth Mbatha which I could not afford. after my account was unfrozen and i withdrew all my money i called him again to cancel the debit order. He threatened me in that he was going to send lawyers after me. (This call was recorded by the way.) Subsequetly two debit came of my account (1st october) and 1st November). No feedback from Kenneth including the so called proof that they can take my money at will. which he promised he was doing to send to me. this morning an amount of R 6274 came of my account. I cant get hold of kenneth mbatha. I emailed him no reply. called my premier banker who had to log on to her system first. She eventually returned my call twenty minutes ago. She will investigate. How is this possible? How can someone deduct money at will?
