Result: I submitted my details and unfortunately Outsurance's quote was higher. The call centre rep asked that I follow the links and send my policy to them to review. They said that a response would be received in one month. No response was received. I called and the rep said that my policy was not matched as the policy term did not match. I pointed out that the rep needed to check the attached policy and not just the cover page. He said I needed to resubmit everything. I did so and nothing has happened. In total, I probably called them 10 times to follow up on this. I think this promotion is a and they will not pay out the bonus.
